The trainer and the company reserve the right to suspend the trainee’s enrollment in the program if in their opinion it is not in the trainee’s best interest to continue. The trainee understands that personal transformation outcomes can be subjective and can vary greatly depending on the individual circumstances and individual effort invested in the process. Authentic Living, its programs, and trainers do not guarantee any results. Initial:

The trainee understands that participating in a transformational experience such as this entails risks and challenges associated with an intensive program of personal development, including, by way of example, physical, mental, or emotional distress that may accompany significant life changes. By signing this agreement, the trainee is freely and voluntarily assuming the risks arising from their participation (including risks that cannot be foreseen at this time). The trainee takes full responsibility for their personal health and well-being, their actions and decisions, and their personal care during their engagement and thereafter.Initial:

The trainee understands that the role of the Emotional Mastery Coach Training program and the trainers is not to provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. The trainee understands that the coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the trainer or the program content is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the trainee is under the care of a healthcare professional, has a serious mental health condition, or is currently using prescription medications, the trainee should discuss any concerns with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. Non-Disclosure of Materials: Material given to the trainee in the course of the trainee’s participation in the program is proprietary, copyrighted, and developed specifically for the Company. The trainee agrees that such proprietary material is solely for the trainee’s own personal use. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited. Initial:

The trainee releases Ataraxy Inc (Authentic Living), ACN649630286, the Emotional Mastery team and program, trainers and coaches from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the trainee ever had, now has or will have in the future, arising from the trainee’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the trainer. The trainee takes full responsibility for the decisions they make after being trained as well as the consequences.
